Not So Itsy Bitsy

Hoo boy, it's been about a year and a half since I last uploaded anything relating to my world building stuff. But here's a concept to kick off what I hope will be a steady increase of me getting back to my Worlds of the Areon stories!

This is a concept for a subterranean insect inspired race on Triuncona called the Gulchula/Gulcha. (I can't decide which name I like better) They're renown for their incredible trapping abilities and divine silk, any articles spun by one of these fetches a hefty price in the Overworld. This is also partially due to Gulchulas rarely coming to the Overworld in the first place as they need a very controlled environment closely resembling home to be the most comfortable.
They look pretty scary to other races (especially to the Imps) but a good group can be the most hospitable folk you'd ever meet in the Areon!

I'm not entirely sure what colors I'm going to make them so this was a quick mapping of a potential idea. :> I am definitely open to critique on these because I have very very little knowledge on insects and I would love some tips to make these work a little better anatomically if anything is off!
